The three cities we work in most
Scottsdale
Anything north of the Loop 101 and Pima interchange goes on the north rotation. Crews stage from our Airpark bay off Northsight Boulevard, which is why the north-of-Bell response is usually faster than the map suggests.
Mesa
The board splits Mesa at Val Vista Drive. Crews working Falcon Field and Red Mountain run separately from the Superstition Springs and Eastmark rotation, so an east Mesa call does not wait behind a west Mesa queue.

Coverage questions
How fast will someone actually arrive?
Median arrival across the metro over the last twelve months was 47 minutes. Central Phoenix, Tempe and Ahwatukee usually beat that. Surprise, Queen Creek and Cave Creek usually do not. The dispatcher gives you a real window on the call, and if the crew is running late you get a text, not silence.
Is there an overtime or after-hours charge?
No. Our rate at 2am on a Sunday in July is the same rate as 10am on a Tuesday in February. We took the after-hours premium out in 2019 because in this climate a night-time failure is not a luxury call, it is the normal case.
Are you licensed?
Yes, licensed, bonded and insured with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. This is a demonstration website, so the licence number shown in the footer is an obvious placeholder rather than a real registration. On a live site you should be able to take the number straight to the ROC website and verify it, and you should do exactly that with any contractor you hire.
