Demonstration notice. This is a demonstration website for a fictional company. Nothing on this page forms a contract, and the licence number shown in the footer is an obvious placeholder rather than a real Arizona registration.
Quotations and pricing
- Diagnostic visits are charged at a flat fee, credited in full against the repair if you proceed on the same visit.
- Repair prices are quoted in writing and agreed before work begins. An agreed price does not change afterwards.
- Replacement quotations are valid for thirty days and are given after a load calculation, not over the phone.
- There is no additional charge for evening, weekend or public holiday attendance.
- Where a fault turns out to be different from the one quoted, work stops and a revised price is agreed before it continues.
Access and site conditions
- We need safe access to the outdoor unit, the indoor air handler and the electrical panel.
- Attic access must be safe to use. Where it is not, we will say so rather than improvise.
- Pets should be secured for the technician's visit and for their own safety.
- If a scheduled visit cannot proceed because access is unavailable, a call-out fee may apply.
Warranty
- Parts we supply carry a two-year warranty, in addition to any manufacturer warranty.
- Our labour carries a one-year warranty. If the same fault returns within twelve months, the return visit is at our cost.
- Manufacturer equipment warranties are administered by us but issued by the manufacturer, and typically require registration and documented annual maintenance.
- Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, from work carried out by others, or from failure to maintain the equipment.
Maintenance plans
- Plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fee.
- A plan is a maintenance agreement. It is not an insurance policy or a warranty, and it does not cover parts.
- If a plan is cancelled after both annual visits have been used, the difference between amounts paid and the walk-in price of those visits becomes due.
- Priority dispatch means your address is placed ahead of non-plan calls. It is not a guaranteed arrival time.
Cancellation and rescheduling
- Scheduled appointments can be moved or cancelled free of charge up to two hours before the arrival window opens.
- Emergency dispatch can be cancelled free of charge at any point before the technician arrives on site.
- If we are running late we will tell you by text rather than let the window pass in silence.
Payment
- Payment for repairs is due on completion. Card, bank transfer and approved finance are accepted.
- Replacement projects are typically invoiced with a deposit on order and the balance on commissioning.
- Financing is provided by third-party lenders subject to credit approval. We are not a lender.
- Commercial contract customers are invoiced monthly on agreed terms.
Permits, safety and refusal of work
- We pull the mechanical permit for full equipment changeouts and attend the inspection.
- Where we find a cracked heat exchanger or another immediate safety hazard, we will make the appliance safe, red-tag it and shut off the fuel supply. We will not relight it.
- We reserve the right to decline work we judge unsafe, non-compliant, or beyond the scope we can carry out properly.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out and to putting right defective workmanship. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited under Arizona law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute would be heard in the courts of Maricopa County.
